Sourcing
Collection of the leaves shed by the palm tree between October to May and transporting the leaves to manufacturing centers.
Hydro-Pressure Cleaning & Sterilizing
The Areca palm leaves that have been collected undergo a thorough cleaning procedure. The leaves are cleaned with high water pressure to make sure they are clear of grit and sand. For seven hours, the leaves are dried. The leaves are pressed in a cutting-edge hydraulic heavy-duty machine after they have dried. The leaves are shaped to the desired shape using CNC dyes. To sterilize the tableware, the palm leaf is heated to 200 degrees Celsius.
Edging & UV Treatment
Following the hydro pressure cleaning, the tableware is sorted, and any defective items are removed by the quality inspection team. A nosing machine is used to give the carefully chosen plates a clean, smooth edge. After this comes a high-pressure air cleaning. Dust particles that might have accumulated on the tableware during the nosing process are removed in this step. Plam leaf Tableware is then UV sterilized as an extra safety precaution to provide beautifully hygienic tableware.
Palm leaf plates are 100% chemical and additive-free, and the carbon footprint left by the entire manufacturing process is insignificant compared to the alternatives available in the market.
Packing Process
A standard packing procedure specifically designed for large quantities. A 3-ply corrugated box with 19-micron poly-olefin shrink-wrapped pieces inside. While a customized marking according to customer specifications is adhered to the corrugated carton, we apply a customized sticker on the shrink-wrap.
We also sell Ecoreal to homeowners and individuals at retail. 25 pieces of shrink-wrapped, custom packaging that is tailored to your company's brand identity are included in our standard retail packaging, which can be ordered at a predetermined cost.
QA/QC Processes
From product sourcing to packaging, we keep an eye on the quality of Palm Leaf Tableware. Only goods that meet our strict quality control standards are delivered by us.
A seven-step procedure for quality assurance
Leaf Selection: For Tableware, we only select leaves of the highest caliber and in excellent condition.
Washing: To remove any sand or grit from the leaves, we employ hydro pressure.
Prior to feeding: Our staff inspects the leaves again after cleaning and eliminates any damaged ones.
After pressing - Tableware is sterilized at 200 degrees Celsius. We remove any defective pieces at this stage.
Edging and trimming: Following the edging and trimming procedure, we inspect the products for flaws or raw edges.
After the product is ready, we use a UV radiation conveyor belt to sterilize each piece after giving them a final scrub.
Pre-packing and delivery: Our staff inspects every product one more to make sure the final user can use it before it is packaged.
Every few months, we conduct a variety of quality tests to make sure our products are suitable for end users. We check that the food served in the tableware is undamaged and evaluate the quality of our products.
